Hi Belles,
Let's talk accessories! Fashion accessories are items that supplement your outfit, such as sunglasses, hats, belts, ties, suspenders, brooches/ pins and scarves, among others.
I will be doing a series of essential accessories that you can use to support your wardrobe.
Today, I will be looking at hats. Hats are one of my favourite accessories, so much so I made a hat wall. When you hear the word hat, you immediately think of baseball caps amazingly; you may not know about the several types of hats. So, I will be sharing my favourites with you.
Fedoras
Fedora's are my go-to; they are classy, sophisticated and go well with any outfit. They are probably the most popular and can be worn at the top or middle of the head. They are stylish and have various crown styles and brim shapes. It has a classic good look, fits multiple people, and is worn to appeal.
Flat Top Fedora
Flat tops come in a variety; wide and short brims.
Floppy Hats
Floppy hats have become more popular, and they are fashionable. They have a wide floppy brim and are worn to protect the head and face from the sun and make your beach outfit chic. Floppy hats come in various colours and are usually made from tweed material or straw. The floppy straw hats are most popularly worn to the beach.
Straw Floppy Hat
Panama hats are lightweight, beautiful, and timeless. Panama hats are from Ecuador and not Panama. It is made from Toquilla straw material and comes in a variety of wide brim and fedora, the most commonly worn. Wide-brim Panama Hat

Boater/ Skimmer Hats
Boater or skimmer style hats are adorable; they are associated with proper boating or sailing. These hats are made of straw with a shorter crown, small to the medium-sized brim, and a flat top. In addition, boater hats are typically embellished with a two-toned ribbon around the crown.
Here are some styles from my hat collection.
