Regain Your Focus And Reclaim Your Life

Hi Belles,
Here is a gentle reminder that it is time to regain focus and reclaim your life.
At the beginning of the year, you might have, created a vision board, or simply made a list of things you'd want to achieve for 2023, and you are now far off track from accomplishing those goals, and possibly thinking you'll never get them done. And you're feeling stuck.  Sounds about right?

Here is the thing: life will only sometimes go as we hoped or planned and some goals will take longer to achieve, which is ok. My question to you is, how hard did you try, or have you tried in accomplishing those goals? It is easy to put pen to paper and make a list, but putting in the work takes a lot more.

You may have given all you thought you could to keep on track and somehow it seemed you have failed.  Failure is an indication that your formula needs to be recalculated, it gives new information and teaches us something that gets us closer to our goals. You are not a failure, and you're not alone.

Like you, I got off track, gave myself grace and decided to give the rest of 2023 all I've got. I want to encourage you to do the same. Take one day or half of a day for yourself and do something you have not done in a while or something you have never done before, this will help you recharge.

Here are 4 tips to regain your focus

1.  Practice gratitude daily. You can use a journal as a guide. By cultivating an attitude of gratitude you create more positive thoughts and have a clearer mindset which allows you to focus on what you already have instead of what you do not have. You will be more inclined to achieve your goals with a positive attitude and peace of mind.

2. Define yourself and know who you are. By doing this you will increase your self-esteem, self-awareness, confidence and your productivity. You will be able to identify the skills you possess, your strengths, and weaknesses, and are more likely to live out your values.

3.  Be intentional. Set daily intentions by creating a mission for each day, being intentional means you are deliberate in your choices and with your time. Becoming intentional helps us to maintain a positive mindset, reach our goals, experience more clarity and be more present which increases focus.

4. Release relationships and anything that do not serve your growth.  This may be cliche, but what no longer serves you drains you. By letting go of what no longer serves you you will free up your time, energy, and resources so that you can focus on positive things that matter to you.

To regain focus and reclaim one's life, It is important to get clear on limiting beliefs.  It is also important to understand that it is not just about accomplishing tasks but having time for joy, and happiness so that you can achieve a more meaningful and satisfying life.

I truly hope this post was helpful.
You can order the journal here
