Hi Belles,
I trust all is well. In continuation of the series, Let's Accessorise I will be looking at belts. Belts can be worn to take your outfit up a notch, you can take a simple everyday outfit and accessorise with a belt to create a stylish classy look. Belts add flair, style and personality to an outfit.
Below are some simple looks I accessorise with different types of belts.
Over-sized Buckle Belt
Over-sized belts come in many shapes and styles, they are wide and accentuate the waist, giving a slender look.

Chain Belts
Chain belts are made out of metal linked together, and are worn mid-waist, hip and hang down. Chain belts come in different designs. It is a functional wardrobe piece and a decorative accessory. Adding a chain belt to a simple dress or outfit will take the look from daytime casual to nighttime sophistication.
Buckle Belts
There are many types of buckle belts; they come in different styles some with button holes and some without. The belt shown below is a woven buckle belt without a buttonhole. Woven belts can be around the waist to bring flair to an outfit or to keep up your trousers.
Skinny belts have thin straps and small buckles, they make everyday apparel look fashion-forward. They can be worn in the loop of your trouser, and around the waist to give a slimming effect.
Obi Belts
These are also called wrap belts as they go around the waist twice or more, then tied in a knot or bow. They come in different styles and of different materials. Wrap belts can give an hourglass figure by thinning the waist.
XoXo
